1. Introduction:
Welcome to Clean and Stripe, operated by Clean and Seal Construction & Restoration Services LLC. These terms and conditions govern your use of our services, website, and interactions with our team.
2. Estimates, Booking, and Cancellation:
• Estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise.
• A deposit may be required to secure a booking for services.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full deposit refund.
• Clean and Stripe reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions or equipment failure.
3. Service Communications:
By booking an appointment, you consent to receive emails, phone calls, and text messages from Clean and Stripe for service updates, appointment reminders, and related communications.
4. Service Expectations:
• Clients must ensure that the service area is clear of obstructions, vehicles, or debris before the scheduled appointment.
• Delays caused by unprepared work areas may result in additional charges or rescheduling.
• Clean and Stripe reserves the right to refuse service if the conditions of the site pose safety risks to our team or equipment.
5. Work Warranty:
• Work performed by Clean and Stripe is covered by a 30-day workmanship warranty, starting from the date of project completion.
• Warranty excludes damage caused by weather, misuse, third-party actions, or failure to maintain the area properly.
6. Payment:
• Full payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• A late payment fee of 1.5% per month may be applied to overdue balances.
• Prices are subject to change, but any confirmed bookings will be honored at the quoted rate.
7. Liability:
• Clean and Stripe will exercise reasonable care and caution while performing services.
• We are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing surface conditions, structural issues, or hidden defects.
• Clients are responsible for clearing the area before services begin.
8. Client Responsibilities:
• The client must provide accurate information regarding the service area and any known conditions that may affect the work.
• Clients must adhere to any post-service care instructions provided by Clean and Stripe.
9. Intellectual Property:
• Any designs, markings, or patterns applied as part of Clean and Stripe’s services are the intellectual property of Clean and Stripe and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
10. Changes to Terms:
Clean and Stripe reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
11. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in Texas courts.
